Managing Director’s Statement

With increasing awareness over the potential threat of the palm oil industry towards climate change, coupled with increasing operating costs and the sharp downtrend in the movement of crude palm oil price, we believe that our flagship PalmitEco Continuous Sterilization system offers the optimal solution for palm oil millers to maximize operation efficiency. A revolutionary process over its conventional predecessors, the benefits of PalmitEco Continuous Sterilization mills which include, inter-alia, lower oil losses leading to higher oil extraction rate and significantly lower labour requirements, have been well documented with over 100 mills having been built by us in our short history, with our customers being some of the biggest players in the oil palm plantation industry.

Our success is not without its hiccups. Most notably, our critics regularly cited that frequent chain breakage within our Continuous Sterilization system and the resulting interruption in operation outweighs any benefit that our flagship system provides. Building on our entrepreneurship and desire for continuous improvement, we have addressed the abovementioned issue through the introduction of a Double Deck Continuous Sterilizer.

Moving forward, our confidence on our PalmitEco Continuous Sterilization system is at an all-time high, as feedbacks from customers rain praises on the extraction efficiency, low operating costs and the safety of the working condition, especially in times where crude palm oil prices are hovering at a low level.

We thurst ourselves very much into business process re-engineering, whether on the milling system, machinery or spare parts. We strongly believe that as without continuous improvement and research in what we do, we may become stagnant and deteriorate. In tandem with the aspirations of the Roundtable Sustainable Palm Oil, we will continue to pledge our commitment towards sustainable palm oil development and management and ensure all stakeholders’ interest is protected.
