• Boiler Grade I Certificate

Job Responsibilities

• To perform assigned sampling and testing activities according to test method, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and QC test in line with company’s commitments and goal to customer. To ensure testing results are accurate and released on timely basis, assist Chemist/Section Head in the investigation and troubleshooting of job assigned.
• Conduct, follow, implement and ensure that compliance of lab activities is meeting with regulatory standard requirements.
• To continuously improve operation capacity, operation flow and manpower technical competency.
• To maintain laboratory housekeeping, calibration of equipment and overall operations of the laboratory.
• To maintain and update documentation in the operations of laboratory activities.
• To be a team player in supporting the growth and expansion of the company through the expansion of technical scope of laboratory tests and services.
• To perform other job related duties as may be assigned by the management.

 Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Candidates with working experience in related field with knowledge in working with instrument / laboratory environment are preferred.
• Required Skill(s): Laboratory works, basic computer knowledge.
• Able to work in shift rotation.

• Bachelor’s degree of Science in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of factory operation experience, relevant to Refinery, Biodiesel or Oleochemical Plant
• Minimum 7 years of managerial or leadership position, proven track record in managing and leading the team to collectively achieve targets
• Strong in analytical, static and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• To assist for the raw material, consumables, tooling and instrument planning by collecting data and do analysis.
• Plan and monitor the consumables control inside Bearing/Tooling Room which primary supply to Machining section and secondary to the rest of the plant.
• To prepare reports on production of FINISH-GOOD-ADVICE (FGA), Bearing tooling room consumables, maintenance, cast material division stock, cutting performance.
• To keep full record of FGA, Daily machining work recoed, machine breakdown form, Cast item, monitoring record.
• Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years working experience in managing a manufacturing company.
• Minimum 1 years working experienced in managing a palm oil mill company.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle customer inquiry,take and review the customer order and arrange the delivery.
• Preparing shipping document (list,invoice,bill).
• Communicate with relevant department to optimize on the collection of material or urgent orders.
• to build and maintain good relationship with customers (local and foreign).
• to assist HOD for documentations of project tendering and contract preparations
• any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.
• Familiar with audit ISO9001.

 Job Requirements:

• SPM/ Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing field.
• Ability multitasking.
